A Fortnightly
Newsletter for St. Andrew's Parents (See links to updated
St. Andrew’s news stories below.) September 23, 2005 Dear Parents, I have just returned
from the last family-style lunch in the dining room of this third week of the
school year. In an announcement at lunch I related to the students how
pleased I am with the energy and tone of St. Andrew’s at this point in the
year. (In fact, as a reward for great work and as a rest after what promises
to be a very long weekend, filled with activities and excitement, I announced
that we have cancelled the first three periods of classes on Monday!) I hope that the news
related below helps you direct your conversations as you talk to your children
over the weekend. I would particularly like to bring your attention to the
first news item—we are working hard to fill a truck with supplies headed to
St. James Church in By the next time I
send you this bi-weekly e-mail, we will be only one week before Parents
Weekend. Packets explaining the activities of the weekend will be mailed to
you very soon and the full Parents Weekend schedule remains posted on the
School Web site. (See link below.) The fall continues at a rapid pace! As always, please
feel free to contact me any time if you have questions about the School or
your child. Thank you so much. Sincerely, Tad Roach * * * Project launched to fill truck bound for New Orleans At yesterday’s School
